Recruitment method
Evaluation of applications
Each application is reviewed and assessed by our recruitment department in regards to your training, acquired knowledge, technical skills demonstrated during internships or your previous position.
A single and unique interview
If your application is successful, you will be scheduled for a single interview in the presence of a representative of the Human Resources and the technical manager.
A 4-month trial period
We consider that a four-month trial period is sufficient to enable the employer to offer a permanent contract and allow the employee to get a clear idea of the content of his mission in the company. The trial period is therefore generally not renewed.
Engineer profiles targetted
Mechanical engineers
with 6 months to 5 years of experience
in modeling and structural analysis (static and dynamic calculations and nonlinear calculations)
Computer engineers
of 1 to 5 years of software development experience,
mastering various programming languages, C ++, DELPHI, C # and / or Java, Python, Fortran, broke the UML methodology and possibly having an experience in development of internet / intranet applications
